Anthony’s distinctive voice as a composer and performer has brought him into collaboration with some of modern music’s most influential creative minds.. He's composed and conducted original orchestral scores for more than 90 feature films, including Young Guns, Internal Affairs, The Man from Elysian Fields, 15 Minutes, and Planes, Trains & Automobiles. His orchestral work In the Family Way was commissioned by Leonard Slatkin and the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
He has also composed music for television and for more than 1,000 television commercials, winning an Emmy, many Cannes Lions, Clio awards, Belding awards, AICP awards, and performed, orchestrated and arranged on major films including WarGames, Starman, The Color Purple, and Stand by Me.
His recording credits include music icons such as Lionel Richie, Van Halen, Supertramp, James Brown, Afrika Bambaataa, Chuck D, Guru, Shock G, Digital Underground, The Crystal Method, Alissia, Tyga, Janelle Monáe, Thievery Corporation, Ozomatli, the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, the Dust Brothers, Herb Alpert, Elvis Costello, Dianne Reeves, Billy Childs, Lamont Dozier, Giorgio Moroder, Quincy Jones...and Michael Jackson’s Thriller, the best-selling album of all time.
